City’s pest problem creating a pest problem
The political pests who have mismanaged Illinois’, Cook County’s, and Chicago’s government have contributed to a struggling local economy that is seeing a record local foreclosure rate.
Despite the struggling employers and homeowners — the local pols have done their best to raise taxes and fees and make it as tough as possible to build a business and family in Cook County.
And, according to this story, they’ve helped foment a foreclosure crisis … which has now created a raccoon problem.
It looks like pests do breed pests.
