Update on Frivolous Lawsuit Against Lyons GOP

I just wanted to provide a very quick update on the frivolous lawsuit that was filed against the Lyons Township GOP by the troublemakers who disrupted our caucus several weeks ago.

Bottom line: We won. They lost.

Although this frivolous lawsuit resulted in the duly-elected slate being kicked off the ballot - as Township Committeeman I will proudly re-appoint these candidates.

Those who have caused these problems have not been active (or dues-paying) members of the organization. Rather than try to help build the organization, they work to tear it down.

We will not let a so-called “Republican” who is backed by indicted Democrat insider Edward “Fast Eddie” Vrdolyak disrupt our plans to build a winning, reform-minded Republican organization in Lyons Township.
